Meals served
Capped at three meals per resident per day - the maximum monthly usage charge per resident is roughly $4.65. Scales with usage, not with seats.

Alternative on component 3: sites that prefer not to be billed per-event can swap meals-served for a flat 1% share of HELF revenue (alcohol, premium breakfasts, paid drinks). Sales-team configurable.
